This champagne exudes seductive aromas of fresh grapefruit and kumquat, a small citrus fruit with a deliciously tangy taste. Technical elements

Premier Cru grapes from Côte des Blancs, Montagne de Reims and Hautvillers.
Hand-picked at full maturity for a perfect balance of acidity/sweetness.
Blended with approximately 40% reserve wine to provide a stable and identifiable aromatic palette. These reserve wines, taken every year after each blend, represent the DNA of our Champagne.
Blend of Chardonnay (over 60%), Pinot Noir and a hint of Pinot Meunier.
Systematic malolactic fermentation.
Minimum dosage, not perceptible sweetness.
Total acidity: 4.3g./l.
Alcohol content : 12.8°.
