Verzenay
Verzenay, Grand Cru, is one of the jewels of our estate. It is the terroir of the Grands Noirs, its reputation is well established as the exceptional quality of its grapes, ecognized and envied. We have 8 vineyard plots. They are all oriented towards the rising sun to benefit from the first rays during the morning frosts and to face the full heat of summer.
Hautvillers
Quite a symbol: we acquired our first vines there, it was the beginning. Hautvillers is the cradle of Champagne, the history is rich. Our 3 vineyard plots of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier express the ancestry on the ripe fruit. Dom Pérignon probably went through one of our plots near the abbey, during his prayers.
Blancs-Coteaux
Vertus, Oger, Voipreux, villages that belong to the Côte des Blancs, and where Chardonnay reigns supreme. An absolute desire to perfect our aromatic universe with minerality and power. This desire was fulfilled with two large vineyard plots near the long beet fields where the belemnite chalk subsoil is close for the best expression of Chardonnay.
